Network Calls
CAIS believes learning is at the heart of all we do. Continual whole school improvement leads to better outcomes for students.
The Network calls brings school leaders together from across the CAIS community to have conversations specific to their area of school leadership, sharing ideas, case studies and best practices. It is a respectful and collegial space where school leaders come together to learn by posing topics and questions for discussion and then support each other as they respond to their changing school landscapes.
CAIS also provides webinars throughout the year with subject-area expertise to explore current trends and topics
Affinity Groups
CAIS believes looking beyond ourselves allows us to appreciate our differences and become stronger as a collective. We seek new ideas, promote diversity and lead in a changing world.
CAIS offers virtual affinity spaces for people who identify with 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC and Women in Leadership current and aspiring members in our schools. These welcoming, confidential and supportive spaces are meant to build community among current and aspiring school leaders who are interested in working towards equity in schools.

Dates and times are shared in CAIS This Week newsletter as well as posted in the CAIS Events Calendar. Individuals in CAIS member and candidate member schools can subscribe to receive the "CAIS This Week" and "CAIS Top 12" newsletters.
