CAIS believes we are stronger when we come together to learn from and help one another.
CAIS is committed to supporting new Heads of School starting with the offering of a current Head of School as a Mentor.
New Heads meet one another and participate in a half-day orientation session at the annual CAIS Heads & Chairs Conference held in October.
The support continues with invitations to a series of new Head orientation sessions during the first year facilitated by experienced CAIS Heads of School.
New Heads of School receive the CAIS Ahead of the Game Resource Guide and access to a full array of print and video resources within CAIS Connect.
