Building Your Voice: Effective Communication for School Leaders
This module is designed for leaders who want to turn ideas into action. Participants work on a real idea from their own school context, shaping it into a clear, persuasive message aimed at a specific audience.
The program blends foundational principles with active practice, feedback, and a final presentation project. Rather than focusing only on presentations, the emphasis is on building confidence and clarity for high-stakes conversations, meetings, and leadership moments.
Participants leave ready to advocate for ideas, influence decision-makers, and lead change back in their schools.
