2025 CAIS Heads Retreat Registration Form

Dates: Wednesday, July 2 - Saturday, July 5, 2025

Location:Inn on the Twenty, Jordan, Ontario

Nestled in the heart of Ontario’s wine country, the Inn on the Twenty offers a serene and picturesque setting for our Retreat. With its charming atmosphere, stunning views, and luxurious accommodations, it is the perfect place to relax, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations with your peers.

Fees:

  • Early Bird: $3,000 (register on or before October 31)
  • Regular: $3,500 (as of November 1)

(Includes program, 3 nights’ accommodation, and meals)

* Please note that the Heads Retreat registration fees do not include travel.*

Cancellation Policy:
CAIS reserves the right to cancel a conference/institute/camp if there is insufficient enrolment. In this unlikely event, participants will be notified in advance of the conference/institute/camp and given a full refund.

Cancellation Participant Refund Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For cancellations made between the opening of registration and March 31, a 50% refund will be issued. After March 31, no refunds will be provided due to hotel cancellation policies.
