PAYMENT INFORMATION:CAIS will invoice your school for the Leadership Institute fees. If you are paying independently, please reach out to accounting@cais.ca
Cancellation Policy:CAIS reserves the right to cancel an event if there is insufficient enrolment. In this unlikely scenario, participants will be notified well in advance of the event and given a full refund.
Participant Refund Policy:Refunds will only be granted up to 30 days prior to a CAIS event. Fees collected for CAIS programs will be refunded less a $50.00 processing fee. Additional fees collected by CAIS on behalf of partner organizations (e.g. hotels, catering companies, flights and non-CAIS providers) may not be refundable based on the cancellation clause in their contract with CAIS. In such cases, participants will be notified and responsible for all non-CAIS fees.
