2022 Independent School Leadership Diploma Program (VIRTUAL): Summer Registration Form

ARE YOU NEW TO THE LI (this is your first time taking any modules)?

Typically, we expect participants who are committed to completing the full Diploma Program to register first for the Foundations for School Leadership Program. This year, this program is being offered in person at Lakefield College School in Lakefield, Ontario, July 2-6. Same as last year, the Foundations program has sold out with a waitlist.

We encourage you to register for virtual modules. We will happily apply these modules toward your Diploma and you can take the Foundations program in the future.

Participants in these modules are not required to commit to the full Diploma program. Aspiring and current CAIS school leaders are always welcome to take these as “stand-alone” workshops.

Fees - specific to online modules*:

CAIS Members - $375.00/module, except Mental Health First Aid Supporting Youth and Systems for Safeguarding Children from Sexual Abuse and Victimization are $415.00. The Innovation Roadmap (counts as two modules!) is $750.00.

Non-members - $515.00/module, except Mental Health First Aid Supporting Youth and Systems for Safeguarding Children from Sexual Abuse and Victimization are $625.00. The Innovation Roadmap (counts as two modules!) is $1,030.00.

The modules will be presented online via Zoom:

Week 1: Modules - Monday, July 4 / Tuesday, July 5 - CANCELLED
Week 1: the Innovation Roadmap - Wednesday, July 6 / Thursday, July 7 / Friday, July 8 - CANCELLED

Week 2: Tuesday, July 12 / Wednesday, July 13 / Thursday, July 14

Week 3: Tuesday, July 19 / Wednesday, July 20 / Thursday, July 21

Details:

  • Choose up to 1 module per session.
  • Attendance in all sessions is required for module credit.
  • A minimum of 10 participants is required for each module.
  • All sessions will be offered virtually on the Zoom platform.

NOTE: If the module you would like to take is FULL you may register to join the waitlist. Your credit card will not be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
CAIS reserves the right to cancel a conference/institute/camp if there is insufficient enrolment. In this unlikely event, participants will be notified well in advance of the conference/institute/camp and given a full refund.

Cancellation Participant Refund Policy:
Refunds will be granted in full, two weeks prior to the conference/institute/camp. A $50.00 processing fee will apply. Cancellations should be emailed to the Event Coordinator & Business Coordinator. If cancelling within the two week period a refund will be at CAIS’s discretion.
