2022 Independent School Leadership Diploma Program: Winter Registration Form

ARE YOU NEW TO THE LI (this is your first time taking any modules)?
You may register for modules at the Winter LI. You are then required to complete the Foundations for School Leadership Program, which will take place during session 1 of the Summer LI.

The modules will be presented online via Zoom on January 31, February 2 and 4, 2022.

  • Attendance in all sessions is required for module credit.
  • A minimum of 10 participants is required for each module.
  • All sessions will be offered virtually on the Zoom platform.
  • The modules are open to faculty and staff from CAIS schools. Modules are $360.00 for CAIS Schools and $500 for non-CAIS schools. These fees are specific to online programs.
  • Note - The Mental Health First Aid module will be offered at the Spring LI.

CAIS Applicant schools that have been granted permission may select the 'CAIS Candidate & Member school' option. ​​​​​​

Cancellation Policy:
CAIS reserves the right to cancel a conference/institute/camp if there is insufficient enrolment. In this unlikely event, participants will be notified well in advance of the conference/institute/camp and given a full refund.

Cancellation Participant Refund Policy:
Refunds will be granted in full, two weeks prior to the conference/institute/camp. A $50.00 processing fee will apply. Cancellations should be emailed to the Event Coordinator & Business Coordinator. If cancelling within the two week period a refund will be at CAIS’s discretion.
