Tracey Nolan

Executive Assistant


Tracey joined the CAIS team in January 2017, bringing with her over 20 years of Customer Service and Administration experience. With a Business Administration Marketing Diploma from Conestoga College, she spent the early years of her career focused on advertising, marketing and publishing. After earning an Ontario Management Diploma from Niagara College, she transitioned to management roles, including supporting an executive team in the fashion industry that was spread around the globe. There she managed the day-to-day operations of an office, kept the corporate calendar running smoothly, organized travel for individuals and groups, planned events and trade shows and provided logistic support.
Her effective time management and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments while maintaining patience and a calm composure have assisted CAIS in moving from an in-person office to a virtual setting pre-COVID and being a mom of four.

She is a proud member of Down Syndrome Caring Parents Niagara and has a passion for travelling the world and cottage life.
