Executive Assistant


Tracey joined the CAIS team in January 2017 bringing with her over 20 years of Customer Service and Administration experience. With a Business Administration Marketing Diploma from Conestoga College she spent the early years of her career focused in advertising, marketing and publishing. After earning an Ontario Management Diploma from Niagara College, she transitioned to management roles and most recently spent the last four years supporting an executive team spread around the globe.

She is experienced at managing day to day operations of an office, keeping the corporate calendar running smoothly, booking travel for individuals and groups, planning events, trade shows and logistic support.

Tracey is excited to bring her proven skills of establishing, developing and maintaining positive internal and external business relationships to the team and schools of CAIS.

Her effective time management, ability to multi task in fast paced environments while maintaining patience and a calm composure has assisted her not only in her professional career but also with being a mom of four.

She is a proud member of Down Syndrome Caring Parents Niagara and has a passion for traveling the world.
