Reception and Attendance Administrator

Under the direction of both Assistant Heads of School, the Reception and Attendance Administrator has the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of the Reception Office, in addition to monitor, track and follow-up daily on student attendance for the school. In this role, you will also manage the school’s switchboard, greet visitors and manage office equipment and purchasing, while maintaining a professional customer service oriented manner. You are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an administrative or reception capacity, preferably in a school environment.  You are required to have strong organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and customer service skills.  You take initiative and willingly seek process improvements, and are able to react calmly in pressured situations.  You have strong computer skills and are comfortable with all office equipment (fax, telephone system, photocopies, postage meter). The Reception and Attendance Administrator works 12 months of the year.
