$225 Group Conference fee (applies to three or more registrants from the same school. All registrations must be made at the same time and sent together with one paymentWorkshop presenters are not included in the group rate.)

To avoid disappointment, please register early as all workshops will be filled as registrations are received.  If for some reason a workshop needs to be cancelled you will be transferred to your second choice session.

Please note:

If accommodation is required, reservations for hotel rooms must be made directly with The Best Western Roehampton Hotel, 808 Mount Pleasant Road,  Toronto, Ontario, M4P 2L2 (www.bestwestern.com/ca/roehamptonhotelsuites) no later than Friday, April 9, 2010.  Hotel contact number:  416-487-5101 / 800-387-8899.   We have negotiated a special price for our conference attendees of $125 plus taxes (standard room).  This discounted rate is valid only until April 9, 2010.  Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and possible increased rates.  Please mention that you are attending the 2010 CAIS Best Practices Conference to ensure you receive the preferred guestroom rate.

Cancellations/Refunds

Please send conference registration cancellations in writing to the SEAL office: 2 Ridley Road, PO Box 3013, St. Catharines, ON  L2R 7C3 attention Anne-Marie Kee, Executive Director by April 1, 2010 to receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee.  No refunds will be given after April 1, 2010.
